Student Small Groups and Growth Groups

Every Sunday @ 9:45am

Our Sunday morning small groups are great at THRIVE. Come hang out with friends, grab a doughnut, share life, and learn how God is working within your life. We are currently using the KNOWN series which helps you get to know Christ, own your faith, and make your faith known! Our groups are 6th grade, 7-8th grade boys, 7-8th grade girls, 9-10th grade boys, 9-10th grade girls, 11-12th grade boys, and 11-12th grade girls.

Sunday Night Fall Series: Why Jesus?

September 19th- October 24th (6-7pm)

Culture is blurring the lines between different faiths. It is increasingly difficult for people to grasp how their faith in Jesus Christ is unique.

In these powerful sessions, David Nasser addresses the tough questions that people have about Jesus and points them back to the scriptural truths about our Savior.

Filmed on location all throughout Israel and includes teaching from Jerusalem, Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Mount of Olives and the Mount of the Beatitudes.

The Invision Team had a last minute cancellation so we are providing them with housing as they minister in the Greer area. These events are not “official” student ministry events due to the last minute nature of us hosting the Invision team. They are simply just ministry opportunities for students to participate if they choose. The Invision Team is completly responsible for the logistics and events. If you would like more information you can contact Miley White @ runner4christ77@yahoo.com who is responsible for the team while serving in the Greer area. Lance will be attending the Frankies Fun Park Event on Friday.

InVision is a creative ministry team sponsored by the Collegiate Ministry Department of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. This team is composed of students from North Carolina Colleges and Universities.  InVision will spend the summer traveling around North Carolina and Japan, leading churches in creative worship through drama, interpretive movement, and music. The team will also be performing and teaching bible study at camps throughout North Carolina.
